Campus tours provide families with important admissions and enrollment information. Upon completing the above form, a member of LCA’s admission team will call to confirm your selected tour date.


HOW TO APPLY

Our Online Application makes it easy. We encourage families to apply online so they can track the status of the admission once their application has been submitted. A non-refundable fee of $30 must be submitted for each application.


OPEN HOUSE

Our Open House dates are scheduled for August 11th, 5th-8th 11:00am-6:00pm; 9th-12th 2:00pm-5:00pm. August 12th TK-4th 11:00am-6:00pm.


TUITION & FEES

Tuition rates are scaled according to grade level for the entire school year. Parents are required to utilize the FACTS Tuition Management System for all payments. Monthly payment plans will be required to be set up with automatic bank draft. Payment options are listed below:

  • Pay in full by the first day of school for 5% discount
  • 10-month payment plan
  • 11-month payment plan

*Special education services through Liberty’s Educational Enhancement Program (LEEP) add extra fees.

Liberty Christian Academy admits students of any race, color, national and ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities made available to students at the school.             

Annual Tuition Rates

  • Transitional Kindergarten: $5,250
  • Kindergarten-5th Grade: $5,000
  • 6th-8th Grade: $5,250
  • 9th-12th Grade: $5,880
  • Occupational Course of Study [OCS] (9th-12th): $7,200
  • Dual Enrollment [CCP] (11th-12th graders): Cost of Books

Homeschool Connect

(Upper School – Single Class)

  • Enrollment Fee: $100
  • Resource Fee: $70
  • Tuition 6th-12th: $125/month

ENROLLMENT FEES

$300 (non-refundable) for new family families

RESOURCE FEE 

$500 per student for TK-12th grades (non-refundable)

The Resource Fee covers books, teaching supplements, software, and standardized testing.

Resource fees are due in May for all new or re-enrolled students. Without paying this fee, students will lose their spot and become disenrolled.

CAPITAL FUND FEE 

The Capital Fund Fee covers the acquisition, upgrade and improvement of our facilities. It’s due by December 1 and is $250 for first child and $50 for each additional child, with a $350 maximum requirement per family.

TRANSPORTATION FEE (if applicable) 

The Transportation Fee may be paid in monthly installments by the 15th of each month. It’s $750 for first child, $500 for 2nd child, and $250 for 3rd child with a $1,500 family maximum.

WITHDRAWAL

Students are considered enrolled for the entire school year. Budgets and teacher contracts are set accordingly. If a student withdraws for any reason, (other than military orders), the account balance must be paid in full. Official transcripts, report cards, and records cannot be released or sent to other schools if an outstanding balance remains at LCA.
